CSEasy ("the app") is an exam reviewer published by Tajie Tech ("we"). This policy explains what information the app handles.
Information that stays on your device
Your study data never leaves your device. This includes your answers, scores, review schedule, streaks, mock exam results, and chosen exam level. We do not run servers that receive it, and we cannot see it. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted.
Purchases
Purchases of full access go through Google Play. Google processes the payment, and we never receive your card or payment details. The app only receives confirmation from Google Play that the purchase happened, so it can unlock full access. Google's handling of payment information is covered by the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
No ads, no tracking
The app shows no ads and contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. It does not use your advertising ID.
Problem reports
If you use "Report a problem", the app opens your email app with a prefilled message containing the question ID, the reason you selected, any details you type, and the app and content versions. Nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself. We use reports only to fix questions, and we keep them only as long as needed to do so.
Children
The app is meant for people preparing for the Civil Service Exam and is not directed at children under 13.
